Philip and Rosemary are part of a church-planting team in Southern Paris.  The Hallidays travel throughout France, accompanying and encouraging church-plants and working to develop other congregations to.  Philip also leads the French Baptists' church-planting programme nationally and sits on their Executive.  Originally from Scotland, Philip and Rosemary married in Edinburgh in 1988 and shortly afterwards moved to Croxley Green where Philip was associate minister for four years.  They moved to France with BMS in 1993 to do church-planting work.  In due course, BMS asked Philip to take on a regional leader role which he held for 16 years prior to their current ministry.  When there is spare time, Philip and Rosemary enjoy cycling their tandem, reading, playing music, cooking and entertaining.  They have three children, Luke, Charis and Lydia.
