Our Mission:
To show all people God's love through our actions and words, seeking to help everyone to become followers of Christ.
The 1st Madeley Boys Brigade was set up in November 2006 as the youth organisation of Madeley Baptist Church.
Originally, the company comprised only a Junior Section for boys aged between eight and twelve years of age. Such was the success of the Junior Section that in February 2007, the Anchor Boys Section was formed for boys aged between five and eight years of age. Then in November 2009 a company section for older boys was set up. More recently, girls have been accepted and meetings are now held at Unit J1 on the Tweedale Industrial Estate in order to provide improved facilities.
With the emphasis on having fun with an element of work related to Christian Faith, boys and girls meet weekly under the leadership of Captain Wayne Trumpeter and his lieutenants, chaplain, leaders and helpers. Click here for further details,
